“My” Newborn: Clover

My baby girl Clover, you are already fourteen weeks old! I can’t believe it. You have changed so much since I took this photograph of you at one week old. Time has flown and I’ve barely gotten to my computer to look at the rest of our pictures! Now that we are finding a bit of a routine in our day to day, I hope to capture and share more of images of my little muse. Oh! I hear her waking up now…

My “New” Valentine…

I haven’t blogged in a few weeks because I’ve sort of had my hands full over here…literally!  Our little daughter, Clover, was born three weeks ago and she’s keeping us very busy. With quite the feeding schedule, we’ve been struggling just to keep up with meals and laundry, especially when we have all four children at the same time (oh – and sleep – what’s that again?)  No complaints though. These first few weeks with a newborn are never quite what you expect, no matter how prepared you are. It’s just all new – and it takes time.  I’m happy to say that I did squeeze in a newborn photo session of her and will be sharing that soon. In the meantime,  a moment with her and my three and a half year old, Levi.  He’s one of the proudest little BIG brothers ever! In competition with his elder brothers, Dex and Spencer, who are both lining up to take turns holding and soothing her. Clover is one lucky little lady! Three big brothers and two adoring parents (not to mention three loving grandparents and seven wonderful cousins) She is already well loved. Imagine once we get to know her!  Happy Valentine’s Day.  xo

Kimberly Walker - Great shot! Welcome to the world baby Clover. You are much loved indeed. xx

Newborn Oskar

As I wait for my little bean to appear (I’m due in just six days!), I’m inspired by working on this recent image of Oskar. Oskar was born to my dear friends, V & M in Brooklyn several months ago, and I’m getting all their images caught up before I take off a little time for my own family.  He’s so sweet and precious, isn’t he?
